How do I apply?

- 2Book a school visitTour our facilities, meet our staff and learn about our learning environment and programmes.
- 3Submit an applicationComplete the admission application form, collected from the school office.
- 4Assessment & interviewWhere applicable, learners are assessed so we can place them at the right level and support their learning needs.
- 5Admission offerSuccessful applicants receive an official admission offer and joining instructions.
- 6Enrolment & registrationComplete registration, submit the required documents and secure your child's place.
What to bring when you register
- A copy of the learner's birth certificate
- Recent passport-size photos: two for Daycare to Grade 6 and for Grade 10, one for Grades 7–9
- Daycare to Grade 6: the assessment report from the previous school, if any
- Daycare to Grade 6: school uniform and games kit, and basic stationery as per the class list
- Grades 7–9: the admission letter, signed by the previous head teacher
- Grades 7–9: the student's record, fully filled in
- Grades 7–9: a certified copy of the KPSEA results
- Grades 7–9: the assessment number and NEMIS number
- Grade 7: the school leaving certificate
- Grades 7–9: a medical examination certificate signed at a government hospital
- Grade 10: the KJSEA result slip and a medical history form
- Grade 10: a copy of the parent's or guardian's national ID or passport
